Job Description:

We are hiring for the
Bancassurance Channel
where you will work closely with bank partners to drive life insurance sales. The role requires strong relationship management and sales skills to achieve business targets through bank branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and bank customers
  • Generate business through leads provided by the bank and walk-in customers
  • Explain product features, benefits, and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory
  • 1–4 years of experience in BFSI / Sales / Insurance preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and bank staff
