: QUALITY ENGINEER (CERTF. NDT LEVEL-2)

Hi,
We are looking for a Quality Engineer in Heavy Fabrication Industries with an NDT Level-II Certificate. Candidates must be from Heavy Fabrication Industries and should have good knowledge of testing.

Minimum Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: Should be around 25-40,000K In Hand
Job Location: DLF Ind. Area Faridabad
Industries: Oil and Gas, Lubrication Machine Manufacturing and Project Basic

Skills / Key Responsibilities:
  • Incoming, in-process & final inspections review & approval.
  • Internal & external testing, testing/inspections review or witness or online inspection and documentation as per customer requirement.
  • Review of inspection and test plans (QAP, MQP & RQP, etc.).
  • Welding inspections & welder authorizations.
  • Perform or review NDT tests. Internal & external audits (team member).
  • Coordinate with customer/TPI/contractors for inspection or stage inspection.
  • Conduct inspections & performance witness at vendor end.
  • Prepare procedures & work instructions as per requirement of ISO 9001 based on relevant standards and codes.
  • Review or witness blasting & painting inspection.
  • Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues.
  • Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, engineering, and production to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
