Roles and Responsibilities: -

  • Very well understand the Quality process in Electronics LED Lighting, Heater/Induction, and BLDC Fans Industry.
  • Knowledge of Electronics components and items is mandatory.
  • Technically competent and experienced in Quality assurance, and Quality control.
  • Knowledge of the SMT and Assembly line process and the Material Issue process.
  • Know about the EMS Process.
  • Successfully handled with the production management team for as per quality, daily base assembled products with line Inspection.
  • Knowledge of Quality equipment and core tools like SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, Calibration, Why-Why analysis, CAPA, etc.
  • Successfully Handled Planning for LED, BLDC, and Heater/Inductions Products.
