Work Schedule: 5 ½ day work week

Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM

Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM (Work from home)

We're now expanding our team and looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support our senior mentor and execute high-impact campaigns.

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can support our digital advertising mentor with day-to-day campaign execution, research, and performance optimisation. You should be hands-on with Google and Meta ads and can work independently while also learning under expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Remarketing.
  • Audience Targeting: Build and manage custom audiences, including retargeting and lookalike segments.
  • Keyword & Competitor Research: Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Meta Audience Insights, and SEMrush to plan campaigns.
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and make ongoing improvements through A/B testing and bid adjustments.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track performance using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics. Share insights and recommendations through weekly reports.
  • Budget Management: Allocate ad spends smartly and monitor pacing across campaigns.
  • Coordination Support: Assist in client reporting, ad review coordination, and sharing of campaign outcomes with the internal team.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience and Skills

  • 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Google and Meta ad platforms
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for campaign planning and reporting
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, URL builders, and pixel-based remarketing
  • Exposure to lead generation campaigns and funnel optimisation
  • Basic client communication and ability to handle instructions and feedback
