**Job Summary**: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online presence and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
