Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Training Content Developer who can transform stakeholder briefs into engaging, interactive learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Articulate 360 (Storyline), AI-powered tools, and video creation platforms to build SCORM-compliant eLearning modules and multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Content Lead, and Training Head to understand training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop SCORM-compliant eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., text-to-speech, auto-transcription, content generation) to enhance content development efficiency and quality.
  • Create short-form videos, screen recordings, and interactive media for training purposes.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content across various formats.
  • Review and iterate content based on feedback from SMEs and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline) and SCORM packaging.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and automation.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into effective learning solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate training environments.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.).
