Reporting to: Service Manager / After-Sales Head

Role Summary

The AMC Executive will be responsible for managing and executing Annual Maintenance Contracts for commercial refrigeration equipment. The role includes coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring SLA compliance, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting AMC renewals and service revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AMC contracts for refrigeration products (cold rooms, freezers, chillers, display units, etc.).
  • Schedule and track preventive maintenance visits in line with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with service engineers/technicians for breakdown and corrective maintenance.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor SLA performance, prepare MIS/service reports, and share updates with management.
  • Track spare parts requirement, inventory usage, and coordinate with procurement.
  • Drive AMC renewals and support the sales team in converting expired warranties into AMCs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service history, contracts, and billing.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards during service operations.
  • Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in after-sales service/AMC management in HVACR / refrigeration industry.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and service processes.
  • Experience in customer management and contract handling.

Key Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment and maintenance cycles.
  • Customer relationship management and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools for service tracking.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
