Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Rate Management:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and competitive pricing for air and ocean freight services.

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor pricing to determine strategic pricing solutions.
  • Prepare and provide accurate pricing quotations to customers based on customer needs, market conditions, and operational costs.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities, customer negotiations, and contract renewals.

  • Customer Support:

  • Provide assistance to the customer service and sales teams by answering queries related to pricing and freight costs.
  • Ensure that all pricing policies and procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting pricing in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for pricing adjustments based on changes in the logistics and shipping landscape.
