Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
  • Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
  • Maintain customer databases and update information accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales or gather feedback.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader/manager.
  • Handle customer objections professionally.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Prepare and share daily call reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Nepali.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role in (Insurance background).
  • Computer basic knowledge .
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Work Environment

  • Job Type: Full-time (Office).
  • Salary: 10,000 TO 12,000 + incentives
