Job Overview:

We are hiring a smart, energetic Telecaller for our reputed client dealing in the automobile and electronics sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding automobile and electronic products.
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments or showroom visits.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure proper lead conversion.
  • Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
  • Work closely with the sales team for final closures.
  • Meet daily and monthly call & conversion targets.
  • Answer customer queries politely and professionally.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: 0.6–2 years in Telecalling/Sales (Automobile/Electronics experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi or Bengali; English added advantage.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic product knowledge of automobiles & electronics preferred.
  • Computer literacy and CRM familiarity is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
