Job Description: Production Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end procurement coordination, supplier communication, purchase order management, invoice processing, and shipment tracking. Ensures accuracy, timely execution, and smooth coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supplier & Sourcing Coordination

  2. Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm specifications.

  3. Share product details, samples, and updates with internal teams.

  4. Maintain continuous follow-up with suppliers on orders and timelines.

  5. Purchase Order (PO) Management

  6. Create, review, and finalize Purchase Orders.

  7. Coordinate mockup/artwork changes when required.

  8. Update internal systems and share POs with relevant teams.

  9. Shipment Tracking & Documentation

  10. Monitor shipment status and provide updates.

  11. Maintain tracking sheets and shipping documents.

  12. Handle express, air, and sea shipment entries.

  13. Invoice & Payment Processing

  14. Enter invoices and verify item details.

  15. Attach supporting documents and resolve discrepancies.
  16. Raise payment requests and ensure timely approvals.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and email handling.
  • Experience in procurement or vendor coordination.
  • High accuracy in documentation.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and workflow tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
