We are a leading System Integrator specializing in Automation and Electrical solutions for process industries. With a strong presence in Sugar, Power, Cement, Water, and Metal sectors, our portfolio includes turnkey automation projects, electrical panels, retrofits, and customer support services.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to promote and sell automation and electrical solutions to industrial clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client engagement skills, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate enquiries and convert them into orders for automation systems, VFDs, electrical panels, and spares.

  • Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plant engineers, procurement, and maintenance teams at client sites.

  • Conduct site visits to collect technical requirements and provide inputs for solution design.

  • Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports.



Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales (preferably Automation, Electrical, or Process Industry equipment).

  • Strong technical understanding of automation systems, drives, and electrical panels.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
