Has responsibility for the development and execution of the sales
strategy for a small to medium cluster, geographic area, terminal or
tradelane. Leads a local sales team to ensure delivery of business
objectives and targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics; Lead the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth ; Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, providing ongoing guidance and professional development.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and action plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets; Identify new business opportunities and industry trends to drive sustainable growth.
制定并实施区域销售战略与行动计划,以提升市场份额并实现x销售目标;识别新的业务机会和行业趋势,推动业务可持续增长。
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic clients in key industries (e.g., consumer electronics, beauty, footwear, apparel etc.); Lead major contract negotiations and support the team in complex bidding processes
建立并维护消费电子、美妆、鞋服、快消等重点行业的战略客户关系;主导重大合同谈判,支持团队完成复杂投标流程。
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage; Promote knowledge sharing of market trends and customer needs within the team and across functions.
负责市场调研与竞对分析,为战略决策提供支持并保持竞争优势;推动团队内部及跨部门间的市场趋势与客户需求知识共享。
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics sales, including 2+ years in a team management role; contract logistics background preferred.
本科及以上学历,5年以上物流销售经验,其中至少2年团队管理经验;具备合同物流背景者优先。
- Deep understanding of customer needs and supply chain dynamics in industries such as consumer electronics, beauty, apparel, footwear, or FMCG.
深入了解消费电子、美妆、服装、鞋履或快消等行业的客户需求与供应链运作。
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to drive business growth.
