- Develop and execute the strategy for cloud, MS and IT services in alignment with the overall company objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and market share growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including strategic partnerships and collaborations along with the account team.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and expansion of service offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on industry trends and best practices.
- Need to work out strategies for maximizing the business for segments/ industry verticals in consultation with management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud and IT services space.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Drive the sales enablement process.
