We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will take ownership of our end-to-end operations managing procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment while driving efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain from vendor management and procurement to warehousing and last-mile delivery.

You will ensure the smooth flow of goods, timely order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy while maintaining cost efficiency and high service standards. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about building streamlined D2C operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Planning & Coordination

• Plan and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor product flow across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, product launches, and seasonality.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Ensure suppliers meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term reliability.
• Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery or quality.

3. Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Use inventory management software or ERP systems to track real-time stock movement.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and minimize losses.
• Manage SKU-level tracking and coordinate replenishments based on sales demand.

4. Logistics & Order Fulfillment

• Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, including coordination with 3PL partners.
• Ensure timely order dispatch and last-mile delivery to customers.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Manage returns and exchanges efficiently (reverse logistics).

5. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise warehouse operations storage, packaging, and dispatch.
• Implement best practices for space utilization, process flow, and productivity.
• Ensure product safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor packaging quality and ensure proper branding and consistency.

6. Demand Forecasting & Data Analysis

• Analyze sales data, trends, and marketing activities to forecast future demand.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align inventory with campaigns and budgets.
• Generate periodic reports on supply chain performance and present actionable insights.

7. Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency

• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
• Implement lean practices to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Track and improve KPIs like fulfillment rate, lead time, and logistics cost per order.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product launches and campaign readiness.
• Work with customer support to resolve order or delivery-related issues.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and control operational expenses.
