Atelier Février is renowned for creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind hand-knotted rugs. Contemporary pieces rooted in centuries-old tradition.

We collaborate with some of the world's leading interior designers and decorators to bring standout, collectible pieces to life.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Customer Service and Marketing team in Lucknow

Your role

As Customer Service & Marketing Assistant, you will be a key part of our team, working across departments and with clients internationally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Coordinating between design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Following up on leads and keeping clients informed on project progress
  • Assisting clients in selecting and customising rugs tailored to their specific needs
  • Supporting the team in planning and executing creative marketing strategies
  • Helping define and manage client communication campaigns
  • Promoting our collections and services to both new and existing clients

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles (not mandatory for freshers)
  • Fluency in English and French ( or willing to learn, additional languages a plus)
  • Interest in interior design, decoration, or luxury craft
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and capable of multitasking
  • Able to work both independently and within a collaborative team
