We are looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with proven expertise in digital marketing sales to join our dynamic team at our Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads for digital marketing services.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through lead generation activities (cold calling not required – inbound leads & social-driven).
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch tailored solutions.
- Drive lead churning into meaningful conversions, ensuring consistent monthly closures.
- Work closely with the marketing & operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
in
digital marketing sales/business development
. - Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, PR, and social media services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with result-driven focus.
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Salary:
Up to ₹7 LPA - Incentives:
Up to ₹4 LPA (Performance-based) - First Month:
On-Job Training (OJT)
with a sales target of ₹1.5 Lakhs. - If the target is not met in Month 1, only
50% of salary
will be paid.
