As an Inside Sales Executive, your mission is to engage with prospective clients, communicate the value of our services, and ensure exceptional client relationships — from initial contact through to resolution of concerns.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about selling, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced B2C environment and enjoy converting leads into long-term customers, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle B2C sales and drive high-quality interactions with potential customers.

2.Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.

3.Execute effective client acquisition strategies to build a strong customer base.

4.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

5.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up pipelines.

6.Contribute to revenue generation by meeting and exceeding monthly targets.

7.Conduct smooth negotiations and close deals with confidence.

8.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

1.Strong communication and presentation skills.

2.Proven experience in inside sales / outbound calling / B2C selling.

3.Target-driven with a passion for closing deals.

4.Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities.

5.Ability to handle objections and convert queries into successful sales.
