**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation mandatory
- An understanding of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
