Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Sales Executive to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves promoting and selling our cloud and hosting solutions, employing lead generation tools, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients and drive new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience in cloud sales to effectively pitch cloud solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in hosting sales to promote and effectively sell hosting solutions to diverse market segments (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Ability to conduct accurate sales forecasting to predict future sales and identify potential growth areas.
  • Solid business development skills to create and maintain new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Identify and generate new sales leads using online and offline techniques, building a strong pipeline.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate cloud and hosting solutions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and report on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success in the IT sector.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position company offerings.
