Role and Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the venue with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate wait times and maintain waiting lists to ensure efficient seating arrangements.
  • Manage reservations and assist customers with booking inquiries.
  • Escort customers to their assigned dining or bar areas and provide them with menus.
  • Greet customers upon their departure and thank them for choosing our restaurant.
  • Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and efficient seating options.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention, such as children and the elderly.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist the wait staff by supporting them with various tasks as needed.


Candidate Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
