Hostess/waitress

**About the Role**:
As the first face our guests encounter, the Hostess sets the tone for a remarkable dining journey aboard Akshar River Cruise. With grace and warmth, you will be responsible for curating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring seamless restaurant operations. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, this role plays a vital part in upholding our standard of refined service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with elegance and professionalism
- Oversee reservations and table assignments to optimize guest flow and ambiance
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth dining experiences
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation across dining areas
- Ensure all tables are impeccably set before service begins
- Gain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and specials

**What You Bring**:

- 1-2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage; luxury hotel or cruise experience preferred
- Confidence in using reservation and POS systems
- A refined sense of hospitality, charm, and attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language and excellent interpersonal skills
- A background in luxury service or hospitality will be a strong advantage

Pay: ₹11,043.63 - ₹37,495.61 per month
