About the Role Tenacitics Inc., a fast-growing technology firm specializing in cloud, AI, and digital solutions for enterprise and government clients, is seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our business development and delivery operations. The CBO will drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen client success across strategic markets, including insurance, financial services, and U.S. federal contracting.
--- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue, partnerships, and market presence. Oversee the entire business development lifecycle—from prospecting to contract execution. Lead delivery operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction. Collaborate with the CEO on business planning, growth forecasting, and execution alignment. Manage key client and partner relationships, representing Tenacitics at industry and government forums. Implement performance frameworks, KPIs, and governance processes to track outcomes and ensure compliance. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to promote accountability, innovation, and delivery excellence.
--- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of leadership experience in business development or delivery operations within IT services or consulting. Proven record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Experience in government contracting, proposal management, or IDIQ/SAP frameworks is a strong plus. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150, ₹350,000.00 per month
