Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Sonyo Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
