Job Description Global AI & Automation Program

Lead Title: Global AI & Automation Program Lead

Function: Technology / Digital Transformation

Shift time - 2 pm to 11 pm, Mode - Work from office

Years of experience
• 8 to 15 years of experience in process transformation, business process management, or RPA

Educational Qualification
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification in RPA Tools such as blue prism/UI path

Skill sets required :

Primary Skills:

  • Proven track record in leading AI and automation initiatives across multiple regions or business units
  • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and process automation technologies.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with country leads and technical teams.

Secondary skills:

  • Experience in shared services, global capability centers, or consulting.
