Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans(including tour planning) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on our PVC product line, including pipes, fittings, and related accessories.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
- Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the PVC pipes or plumbing products industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned or proposed territory as needed.
