Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, showcasing real estate properties, providing detailed property information, and assisting clients throughout the buying process. Daily tasks will include prospecting, client meetings, property tours, and closing deals. The Salesperson will also maintain relationships with existing clients and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of the Bengaluru property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
