Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher Only) to join our HR team in Mumbai. This role is designed for someone who is eager to begin their career in Human Resources and is passionate about people, culture, and organizational development.

You will work closely with the Vice President – HR, supporting the execution of key HR initiatives, projects, and employee lifecycle activities within the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Support in the execution of HR projects and initiatives related to engagement, culture, and people development.
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee databases accurately.
  • Coordinate and support HR communication across departments.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR operations and projects.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Freshers only (0–1 year of experience).
