Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our HR team. As an HR Executive – Recruitment, you will support the hiring process and help attract individuals who share our Trust's mission and values. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, learning, and contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in understanding staffing requirements and assist in preparing job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Support in creating recruitment reports and basic HR documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in HR and recruitment processes.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
