About the Role Were looking for a User Acquisition Manager with solid experience in mobile app user acquisition to help us grow our installs, retain high-value users, and scale our paid marketing profitably. Youll own performance campaigns across channels, manage budgets, and work closely with product and analytics.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for our mobile app across channels (Meta, Google Ads UAC, ASA, programmatic, OEM, affiliates, etc.).
  • Own the full acquisition funnel: impressions clicks installs registrations purchases/retention.
  • Manage and optimize CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention and other key growth KPIs.
  • Create and test audiences, creatives, bids, and landing/app store experiments to improve performance.
  • Work with design to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives (static, video, playable if applicable).
  • Collaborate with product/analytics to set up and validate tracking & attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Singular / Firebase / GA4, etc.).
  • Run A/B tests on ad campaigns, store listings (ASO support), and user funnels.
  • Analyze campaign data, build weekly & monthly performance reports, and make clear recommendations.
  • Identify and test new channels and partners to scale user acquisition.
  • Monitor fraud, low-quality traffic, and policy compliance with platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition / performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling app installs while hitting ROI/ROAS or CPA targets.
  • Strong experience with at least two major channels (Google UAC, Meta, ASA) for app campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of MMPs / attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with numbers, cohorts, and funnels in tools like Excel/Sheets, Firebase, GA4, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret data dashboards and turn insights into actionable steps.
  • Strong ownership mindset, able to manage budgets and targets independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with product, design, and tech teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in gaming, rewards, fintech, or subscription apps.
  • Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization).
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and storytelling for ads.
  • Basic understanding of SQL / Looker / BI tools.
