Job Timings : 11:00 am to 7:30pm

Gender: Female

Education: Graduate (English Medium)

Age Requirement: 25 to 30 years

Salary: Up to 4,50,000 per Year (based on experience and communication skills)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers and directs calls using telephone or EPBX system
  • (Call transferring, forwarding, holding, voicemail, and other features)
  • Greets visitors.
  • Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Maintain front desk area in a clean and professional manner
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and internal information at all times

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates preferred
  • Age: 30 years
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years (Age) as a receptionist/telephone operator.
  • Communication: Must have excellent spoken English; clear and polite telephone etiquette
  • Personality: Presentable, courteous, and confident

Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and phone systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.00 per month
