Responsibilities for Telephone Operator

2. Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe.

3. Strong oral and written communication skills.

6. Coordinating with the Marketing & Communications team on marketing tie ups, queries and following up on the same

7. Working with the Director, other teams/ departments on any other new project as and when requested.

8. Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

10. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

11. Work on new business proposals.

12. Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the industry

13. Following company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
