- Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- Tech-savvy with strong familiarity with telephone systems and office technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide information to callers as needed and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and messages.
- Assist in coordinating communication between different departments and staff.
- Ensure that all telephone systems and equipment are functioning properly.
- Handle any emergency or urgent calls promptly and professionally.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including patient check-ins and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a telephone operator, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with office equipment and communication systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,247.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
