Job Requirements and Preferences

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum Years of Experience:

5–9 years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure services, Azure / OCI / GCP (infrastructure support), SOA / APIGEE / ADF (middleware connectivity), Snowflake / Cloudera (basic platform access), IAM, OKTA, PAM Eng., Cyber Security support.

Preferred Qualifications;-

• Degree Preferred:

Master's degree in information systems, Technology Management, or related field

• Preferred Certifications:

ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• As a Senior Associate, you will lead and support the daily operations of IT infrastructure and end-user support at one or more PwC office locations:

• Azure / OCI / GCP (infrastructure support), SOA / APIGEE / ADF (middleware connectivity), Snowflake / Cloudera (basic platform access), IAM, OKTA, PAM Eng., Cyber Security support

End-User Support & Issue Resolution

• Deliver expert-level support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom)

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal disruption to business operations

• Manage escalated incidents from junior staff and liaise with Level 3/Engineering teams for complex issues

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee on-site IT systems including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, conference room AV, and printing services

• Perform system maintenance, patching, hardware refreshes, and local inventory control

• Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams on site-wide infrastructure improvements

Asset & Configuration Management

• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company asset and security policies

Security & Compliance Support

• Support endpoint protection, encryption enforcement, and security policy adherence

• Participate in business continuity planning, IT controls testing, and audit support

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a local IT liaison, providing high-touch support to business leaders and professionals

• Deliver training, onboarding sessions, and self-help resources to enhance digital adoption

• Participate in global IT initiatives, deployments, and innovation pilots

Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor junior support staff and promote continuous improvement in support processes

• Document knowledge base articles and contribute to global standardization efforts

• Cisco/Meraki networking, Zoom/Teams Rooms AV support
