Job Description / Key Responsibilities :

  1. Project Planning & Execution - Lead and oversee all civil engineering activities for the WtE plant, from concept to commissioning.

  2. Industrial Building Construction - Manage design, construction, and quality assurance for large-scale industrial and utility buildings.

  3. Cost Optimization -Implement value engineering, optimize resources, and adopt innovative construction methods to control costs.

  4. Budget & Schedule Management -Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and timelines; ensure adherence to approved plans.

  5. Vendor & Contractor Management -Evaluate, select, and supervise civil contractors and suppliers; ensure contractual compliance.

  6. Technical Support -Provide technical guidance for procurement, construction, and commissioning of civil works.

  7. Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all civil works meet safety, environmental, and statutory standards.

  8. Risk Management - Identify project risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies.

  9. Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with design, procurement, operations, and external agencies for seamless execution.

  10. Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop the civil engineering team; ensure high performance and motivation.

Reporting & Documentation - Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and presentations for management review.
