Be the comforting presence our patients need. As a Staff Nurse at Antara, you'll offer personalized care in the comfort of patients' homes — without traveling too far from your own.

Shift Options – Choose What Fits You Best

12-Hour Shifts: 8 AM–8 PM or 8 PM–8 AM

24-Hour Shift: 8 AM–8 AM (Includes breaks sleep time)

Location: Within a 15–20 km radius from your home

Your Role

As a frontline caregiver, you'll:

Deliver high-quality care in patients' homes

Administer medications & manage basic medical equipment

Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily activities

Monitor patient health & act swiftly during emergencies

Travel to nearby homes as assigned.

What You'll Need

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing Degree

Minimum 1 years of hospital experience (ICU, Emergency, or General Ward)

Valid Nursing Registration (from any Indian State)

Bonus: Experience with ventilator patients = Higher salary
