Job Title: Sales Head - Domestic Sales (B2B) - Ready-to-Eat & Ready-to-Cook
Location: Shimla( HQ) & Noida. ( Person should be comfortable for 80% traveling through pan India location including Shimla & Noida both)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our domestic sales efforts in the B2B segment for ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand market share. The person should have good exposure in General Trade, modern trade & HORECA segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success in meeting sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Revenue Generation:
Drive the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Market Expansion:
Identify and enter new markets, ensuring the brand's presence and growth.
Evaluate market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, opportunities, and challenges.
Strong experience of B2B in the Bulk segment.
Travel Management:
- Be prepared to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, to meet clients, attend conferences, and explore new business opportunities.
- Effectively plan and organize travel schedules to optimize time and resources.
- Client Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings with key clients and partners to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the company's products and services.
