Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Senior Marketing Manager

  • Drive
    social media engagement
    across platforms to enhance visibility and brand recall.
  • Manage and continuously update the
    company website
    , ensuring relevant, impactful, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Plan and execute LMS participation in
    international and domestic industry events
    to strengthen global presence.
  • Lead the
    organization of domestic events
    , including conferences, roundtables, and customer engagements.
  • Oversee
    brand management initiatives
    , aligning internal and external messaging with LMS's global aspirations.
  • Execute
    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    strategies to improve discoverability and digital reach.
  • Develop and maintain
    internal and external marketing collateral
    (sales decks, case studies, product brochures, presentations).
  • Track performance of campaigns and activities, reporting ROI and insights for continuous improvement.

Common Requirements Across Roles

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international messaging (A2P SMS), telecom, or B2B technology marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media, event marketing, branding, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives for global and domestic audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms (SEO tools, CRM, analytics dashboards, campaign management tools, design software).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-conscious professionals preferred.

Reporting Structure

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Business Head – Messaging Services, with dotted-line coordination with the Sales, Business Development, and Leadership teams.
