Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Head of Sales & Marketing. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team. The role will also involve overseeing sales operations, setting performance targets, analyzing market trends, building client relationships to secure new opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and achieve targets effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management to nurture client relationships and develop new opportunities
- Team Management skills to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends, monitor performance metrics, and recommend actionable insights
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the personalized gifts, 3D engraving, or corporate gifting industries is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a strong B2B sales strategy for corporate clients, HR heads, procurement teams and event companies.
- Drive lead generation, sales conversion and client retention.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Establish partnerships with corporates, institutions, agencies and distributors.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance dashboards.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, paid ads, website updates and social media presence.
- Work with the content and creative teams to build compelling product presentations, catalogs and marketing materials.
- Manage the company's brand positioning, tone and visual identity.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored gifting or trophy solutions.
- Ensure high satisfaction levels through timely delivery and post-sales support.
- Create strategic proposals and pricing plans for corporate bulk orders.
Product & Market Strategy
- Understand market trends in the corporate gifting and trophy industry.
- Collaborate with the production, design and sourcing teams to introduce new products.
- Evaluate competitors and market opportunities to drive growth.
- Set pricing strategies to maintain profitability.
Team Management
- Hire, mentor and lead the sales & marketing team.
- Set KPIs, review performance and create development plans.
- Coordinate with operations, design and production teams for smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in corporate gifting, printing, branding or B2B industries.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales, negotiation and client handling.
- Experience leading teams and managing revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
