How We Do It
:

We use the latest technology—specifically, an international standard called
W3C Verifiable Credentials—to develop applications to solve for the essential missing identity layer for the internet. Our mission is to transform how identity works in the digital world, making it private, secure, and user controlled.

What you'll own and drive
:

  • Lead the product life cycle, including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience, delivery, launch, and support.
  • Lead interactions with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, program/product management, business, and executive teams.
  • Executing process improvement initiatives to build scalable systems to support business growth.
  • Driving optimization opportunities/initiatives and implementing new product lines.
  • Devise go-to-market summaries and introduce them to the rest of the department.
  • Create a mission statement for product launch and forecast performance in individual channels.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who can independently drive process improvements, analyse complex challenges, and deliver results with precision. The ideal individual excels in ambiguity, balances multiple priorities in fastpaced settings, pays close attention to detail, and has strong experience in managing programs endtoend.
  • Should have 4+ years of experience working alongside an agile environment focusing on an iterative approach and working with product owners and developers.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in taking a product from 01 in a startup environment.
  • Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems to invent, simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
  • Proven and demonstrable experience as a creative visual designer working on user experience problems and UI design for interactive digital experiences
  • Experience user testing, usability testing, and working with user acceptance criteria and excellent proofreading skills.
