HCL group is looking for Manager procurement for Noida location.

Procurement Operations

  • Plan, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with school needs.
  • Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, and reverse auction processes as needed

  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing various items and services, including

  • General items e.g. Stationery, uniforms, Furniture, Sports items, educational items

  • IT infrastructure (Servers, computers, Network Devices,Storage system,Networking items, Operating systems, applications, Software licenses) and IT Services

  • Marketing merchandise and collateral (Radio,Digital advertising and Print Media)

  • Event-related Goods and Services

  • Maintenance and Housekeeping Material

  • Admin Services related to Security, Canteen,Housekeeping, BMS, Horticulture, AMCs, Repair and Maintenance related to Civil & electricals and Capex items

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the school.

Strategic Sourcing

  • Ensure procurement complies with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyze procurement trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Liaise with Admin staff, IT teams and other departments for procurement related requirements
  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and merchandise procurement.
  • Coordinate procurement needs across multi-campus operations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes in an institutional setup.
  • Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and high proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.

Qualification -Graduate +MBA -Full time
