  • Supervision/Recruitment/ Training of site workers on Railway Sites.
  • Review, verify, and prepare invoices for:
  • Mechanical projects
  • Railway fabrication works
  • Manpower supply & deployment
  • Bogie repair and maintenance
  • Bio-toilet installation & servicing
  • Complete Legal formalities at site related to manpower and others.
  • Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiate project fees.
  • He should be able to handle all contractors/Vendor and get the work done with the correct team spirit.
  • He should be able to get work certified raise bills and follow up on payments.
  • Prior experience in Railway Projects will be a Bonus. He should be able to maintain the site inventories/ work reports.
  • Responsible for Fabrication & Erection of heavy SS structure work and identifying for repairing of all mechanical failure in heavy body repair of unloadable BOXNHL wagon to include appliance.
  • Monitor and audit each stage of Routine Overhaul (ROH) and Periodic Overhaul (POH) for various wagon types including BOXN, BCN, NMG, BRN, BOBYN, and BVZI.
  • Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with railway standards and operational best practices.
  • Liaising with clients representative on all technical issues and rising documentation required for inspection technical queries and clearances associated with the works
  • Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Maintain site documentation, such as attendance records, work logs, and material receipts.
