**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SITE-INCHARGE**

**QUALIFICATION**: B.E/B Tech/Diploma In Mechanical Engineering

**EXPERIENCE**: Min 7-10 years - Preferred experience in same area like ESP& bag filters

Responsible for planning, execution, supervising of site activities related to the

**Construction/Erection/Commissioning** assistance of **systems Like ESP, Bag**

**filters, Ash handling system, Rotating equipment’s like ID, Blowers, SEAL AIR**

**FAN, etc.**

Coordinating with various contractors /subcontractors at site for timely installation,

Erection and commissioning of system/sub systems.

Co ordinating at site with quality and safety of works execution properly.

Timely submission of PROTOCOLS for every activity and approvals with customer accordingly.

Planning, monitoring & controlling all site activities including manpower planning, resource planning & material planning for system.

Ensuring all activities are carried out as per SOPS(standard operation procedures),Safety standards.

Continuously monitor the work progress of task as per the approved construction/erection schedule.

Co-ordinating with in our engineers like mechanical, electrical, Safety, admin etc for getting the progress of works as planned.

Monitoring the progress of works, accordingly to be discussed with site team and contractor for improving the progress of works/Action plan for overcome the delayed works progress etc. If required extra resources like man power, equipment’s, tools and tackles etc to be planned along with contractor for moving along/ catch up with the planned schedule of works.

Attending site coordination meeting as required with client, contractor, H.O accordingly.

Build customer relationship at site and sort out any disputes (technical or commercial) at site.

Control on site activities for erection progress and resolving site discrepancy reports with engineering, coordinating procurement department for shortage/damage materials for re-supply.

Ensuring adherence to safety requirements and labour laws by the contractor
Witness and checking of all field test as per Field Quality Plan.
Planning and supervision of the contractor’ s work for quality and technical compliance at project site.
Preparation of daily work progress report and updating the same in progress report,

Weekly/Monthly reports
Contractor RA bills checking and approving as per terms and conditions.
Identifying the critical issue and escalating the issue to H.O concern department or to

PM for resolution.
Scope study and contract document related to project.
Able to read and understand P&ID, plant layout, erection drawings, Isometric drawings etc.
Checking of civil foundation as conducted by contractor.
Air, extraction, transportation compressor and drier erection and commissioning.
Should be able to understand the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to BF and ESP’s

Pay: ₹1.00 per month
