Required Designation**:SITE INCHARGE (Male & Female - Must have strong previous experience in below mentioned field of work)** Qualification**:M.E. Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. Environmental Science / B.Sc. Environmental Science / B.E (Chemical Background)** Experience**:for Master degree holder 5 to 6 Years** **for Bachelor degree holder more than 10 years (of running ZLD / ETP comprising of stripper, MBR, MEE, R.O. plant and Secondary treatment(Activated Sludge Process)** **SCOPE OF WORK** 1. Operation & maintenance of HPS primary treatment, including HPS effluent storage tank, sand filtration, DAF, EN tank, flocculator, primary clarifier & sand filtration , Sludge thickener, Decanter/Filter press, stripper column, MEE, ATFD accessories. 2. Operation & maintenance of LPS primary treatment, including All storage tanks, Bio reactors, MBR, Reverse Osmosis Plants Etc. 3. Effective operation and maintenance of sludge waste handling units like Sludge thickener, Sludge holding tanks, Decanter system and Filter press. 4. Appropriate CIP to be conducted for Stripper column, RO, MBR, ATFD, MEE systems. 5. Appropriate CIP & effective operations of Multiple effect evaporator system/CT and ATFD. 6. Pumping of HPS effluent from outsource tanks at production location. 7. Analyses of HPS parameters & record keeping (daily basis). 8. Contractor should maintain good Housekeeping at ETP-ZLD workplace. 9. Maintain log book for every individual operations as per client requirement. 10. PPL shall not entertain any process deviation/shortcuts/effluent spillage in ZLD operations. 11. PPL shall not entertain over writing/wrong entries/non-fulfilling of logbooks in ZLD. If such issue observed by PPL, necessary penalty will be imposed to, contractor and contract will be terminated without prior notice. 12. Ensure the design quality and quantity of HPS and LPS parameters to meet the ZLD requirement. 13. Comply the MEE parameters as per design criteria. 14. Solid waste handling, packing, labelling, shifting & proper storage in sludge yard. 15. Loading of ETP sludge and ATFD salts to TNWML/co processing vehicle. 16. As per PPL guideline, every individual should comply all safety procedures & policy. 17. HPS and LPS tank cleaning as per schedule, strictly under the supervision of PPL staff. 18. Jet cleaning of MEE/Stripper & ATFD tubes need to be conducted as per schedule. 19. Conducting Jar test and appropriate dosing to be imparted in LPS and HPS process. 20. Maintenance of all HPS and LPS equipment’s need to be conducted without delay. 21. Preventive maintenance to be conducted as per plan. 22. Ensure that all electrical/Instrumentation equipment’s shall be in working condition. 23. Any process upset / down time need to be communicated to client immediately. 24. Ensure to identify the critical spares and maintain minimum 10% of the total requirement. 25. Ensure all operational team must always work and comply 100% safe work practices. 26. No shortcuts / deviation is entertained. 27.
