About the Role

As a
Cold Outreach Specialist at Ventla
, you will be the driving force behind our prospecting efforts. Your role will focus on identifying the right leads, crafting engaging outreach strategies, and helping build a
steady pipeline of qualified meetings for our sales team
. This position requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and the ability to connect with global prospects through compelling communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and build targeted lead lists across industries and geographies.
  • Write and optimize
    personalized, engaging, and conversion-focused outreach emails
    .
  • Track performance metrics like
    open rates, click-throughs, and responses
    , and make improvements.
  • Run
    A/B tests
    on subject lines, email content, and follow-up sequences to boost engagement.
  • Use
    HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
    to manage campaigns, automations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with
    sales and marketing teams
    to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Shift timings will be 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM (IST)

**What We're Looking

For**

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (preferably in SaaS/IT/technology).
  • Hands-on experience with
    cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    HubSpot or other CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, Fresh sales, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English
    , with the ability to leverage
    AI tools for translating or adapting content into Swedish
    .
  • A
    data-driven mindset
    – you enjoy testing, measuring, and optimizing outreach strategies.
  • Highly motivated, structured, and able to work
    independently with clear targets
    .
