Canonboy Productions is seeking a skilled and personable Client Relationship Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our esteemed clients. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless experience, and collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding projects and services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and has experience in managing client accounts within the creative or production industries.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with production and creative teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Proactively address client concerns, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress, updates, and any adjustments needed.
  • Manage all client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements based on client needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with business development to strategize and support upselling and cross-selling efforts.
  • Gather client feedback post-project, providing insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Implement feedback into ongoing processes to refine and enhance the client experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
