Job Description:

MIS executive role includes data analysis, report generation, ensuring data accuracy and security, and supporting business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Data analysis and reporting: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to create and present regular reports to management.
  • Data integrity and security: Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data through regular audits and by monitoring system performance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros if needed)
  • Familiarity with databases / ERP/ CRM systems
  • Basic statistical / analytical skills
  • Understanding of KPIs relevant to sales & manufacturing
  • Cross-departmental collaboration:
  • Work with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide them with the necessary information for decision-making.
  • System improvement: Analyse existing processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Can present required MIS, reports to management on a daily, weekly, monthly basics
  • System management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's MIS.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years
  • Location: Andheri, Mumbai
