Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to ensure content is
    visually and verbally cohesive

  • Optimize content across channels (social, web, email, paid media, partnerships) for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze performance data to
    measure effectiveness
    , generate insights, and refine future strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of
    emerging platforms, cultural trends, and audience behavior
    .
  • Develop
    brand storytelling playbooks
    , tone-of-voice guides, and creative briefs.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    content strategy, brand communication, or digital marketing
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    storytelling, brand positioning, and audience psychology
    .
  • Exceptional
    writing and editing skills,
    both creative and strategic.
  • Ability to think conceptually, craft narratives, and back ideas with insight and data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with
    designers, copywriters, marketers, and media teams
    .
  • A portfolio or body of work demonstrating your
    strategic thinking and storytelling
