Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist position based in Noida, India. The Content Strategist will collaborate with the team to develop, manage, and execute content strategies aligned with the organization's mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating impactful content, managing content output across various platforms, and optimizing web content to expand the Foundation's reach. The role requires a deep understanding of the organization's vision and an ability to convey its core messages effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development to effectively plan and oversee the creation and delivery of content across platforms.
  • Strong skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to craft engaging and impactful messages aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to work collaboratively with the team and manage content schedules.
  • Knowledge of the socio-spiritual or non-profit sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to on-site work in Delhi, India, and a strong alignment with the Foundation's vision and teachings.
