  • platform updates to optimize content performance.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to create on-the-go
  • content for Instagram and other platforms, including reels, carousels, and
  • stories.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Leverage data to evaluate content performance, test
  • new formats, and refine strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior designers and team members to
  • ensure cohesive, on-brand content across channels.
  • Who You Are:
  • A content wizard who understands the art and science of storytelling.
  • Experienced in crafting and managing content strategies for premium D2C or
  • lifestyle brands.
  • Obsessed with Instagram and well-versed in social media algorithms, trends,
  • and tools.
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Passionate about skincare, beauty, and lifestyle content (bonus points for
  • experience in the beauty industry).
